We believe in comprehensive therapies to achieve the ultimate goal of patient care and comfort. Sometimes, this calls for alternative therapies including acupuncture. Dr. Sukhija received his acupuncture training with the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) in 2001-2002. He also passed their intensive written and clinical examinations. Dr. Sukhija actively uses acupuncture, acupressure, massage, and electro-stimulation to comprehensively treat our patients. The most common use of acupuncture is arthritic pain, however, it can and has been used for many other ailments.
