Boarding Requirements
Boarding services are available for our patients only. Please call us or click here if you would like your companion animal to become an active patient at our hospital.
Please be advised of the following hospital policies, vaccination, and medical requirements for every companion animal that boards in our hospital:

Felines: Semi-annual examination, Rabies and Feline Distemper (FVRCP) Vaccinations and a fecal test are required. For felines with outdoor exposure, a feline AIDS and Leukemia (FIV/FELV) test is required for the safety of your companion and others.
Please note:
Proof of vaccinations is required and should be presented no later than the time of drop-off for boarding. If your companion is not up to date on the required vaccines, they will be administered while boarding.
New Patients:
If your companion animal is new to our hospital, a physical examination is required at the time of boarding for their safety as well as the safety other companion animals. Charges for physical exams will be in addition to that of the boarding fees.
Baths:
Our Kennel and grooming staff will gladly bathe your companion while boarding. As a courtesy to our clients, these baths are done at 50% of the normal cost. These baths are generally done the day before the boarder is scheduled to go home. Aloe & Oatmeal shampoo is used for routine bathing; however, specialty or medicated baths may be done at your request. If you request a medicated bath or flea/tick bath, there will be a corresponding fee in addition to the half-priced bath. Any grooming services including nail trims, ear cleaning, anal sac expression, etc, will also be an additional charge.
Diets and Medications:
We provide boarding guests with Hill's Science Diet or Royal Canin Sensitive Stomach diets. You may bring your own food if your companion requires a special diet that we may not carry. If your companion animal requires medication, please note there will be a small fee for each medication administration while boarding. There may be a medical boarding fee if your companion animal is getting special therapies or more than five to seven administrations of medications per day. If this is the case for your companion, please discuss these medical needs with our staff prior to drop-off.
