December 14th, 2007: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a warning to pet owners about buying drugs online. It is safest, experts say, to work with veterinarians to obtain drugs for your pets. The convenience of online ordering and home delivery is available through our website with the reliability you have come accustomed to at our hospital. October 2007: National Pet Wellness Month. Atlantic Animal Hospital is offering several incentives to raise awareness during this important period. We have also extended some of these offers to better serve our clients. September 29th, 2007: Members of the Atlantic Animal Hospital staff attended and the annual Masquerade Fur Ball, a fund raising event for the Flagler Humane Society. Held at the Italian American Club in Palm Coast, the Masquerade featured a costume contest, music and karaoke, a silent auction, dinner and fun! All proceeds went to the Flagler Humane Society. September 2007: Atlantic Animal Hospital is proud to announce the launch of our new comprehensive online pharmacy and store. In the past, due to space limitations we have been unable to carry many products that our clients may need for their animal companions. April 2007: "GET A LEASH ON CANCER" Relay For Life is a fun-filled overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs of your American Cancer Society. During the event, teams gather at schools, fairgrounds, or parks and take turns walking or running laps. Atlantic Animal Hospital has put a team together in the event to help fight cancer. We will be raffling off a FREE MICROCHIP and selling leashes to help "Get a leash on cancer" -all the proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. "HOPE" bracelets are available for a donation at the front desk- pick up 1 or more next time you drop by! March 2007: We are saddened to see that some companion animals have fallen ill or died as a result of possible affected pet food. We recommend that all pet owners concerned about their pet's health contact and schedule an examination immediately. We are following the AAHA guidelines for recording these incidences. Read More ->
