We proudly offer a variety of both prescription and premium quality diets by Hills Science Diet, Hills Prescription Diet, and Royal Canin for our patients. Because of the nature of some prescription diets, we may require a prescription from the patient's regular veterinarian or an exam by one of our doctors before dispensing these foods. This process will also require any new clients to complete a new client information form in order to establish themselves with our hospital.

As an additional service to our clients, we can order specialty prescription diets by Hills and Royal Canin for you. With specialty orders additional shipping fees or holding fees may apply dependent on circumstance or diet ordered. These fees can usually be avoided by placing your order a few weeks ahead of need. We can also have these foods delivered directly to your house, saving you the trip here to pick up your order. Call our clinic for details on these services.

Hills and Royal Canin both provide a 100% palatability guarantee to our clients. If your companion animal refuses the food you purchase from Atlantic Animal Hospital, simply return the product to us in its original container. Your account will be credited for the full original purchase price, or the product you are returning can be exchanged for a food of equal or lesser value .
