Sarah Lovelace joined our team as a Veterinary Assistant in November 2009. What she enjoys most about working at Atlantic Animal Hospital is being able to work with animals on a daily basis and, as she states, the amazing staff at the hospital. Sarah was born in Winter Park, Florida but was raised here in Ormond Beach. She is currently enrolled at St. Petersburg College to receive her Associate degree in Veterinary Technology but aspires to one day become a Certified Veterinary Technician.

Sarah and her fiance, Nate, are owned by Moose, a very clumsy Basset Hound/Pitbull mix that they adopted from Halifax Humane Society. Moose was born on Valentine's Day in 2008 which also happens to be Sarah and Nate's anniversary! The newest addition to their family is Olive, a Labrador Retriever mix that was adopted from Flagler Humane Society in April 2010. Olive was heartworm positive at the time of her adoption but now has a clean bill of health after two months of heartworm treatment! In her spare time, Sarah enjoys being with friends and family and also volunteers at the Flagler Humane Society.
