SURGERY

Depending on the patient and type of procedure our patients may have different parameters monitored during the operation. These may include EKG, oxygen saturation (SPO2), blood pressure (NIBP), respiration, temperature, and pulse oximeter monitors.

The following are some of the medications we use for anesthetic procedures. This list does not include all possible medications.

Pre-anesthetic sedation and pain management:
Acepromazine
Butrophanol
Buprenorphine
Morphine

Injectable/inductions anesthetics:
Telazol
Ketamine and Diazepam
Propofol
Domitor

Local Anesthetic:
Lidocain

Inhalant/maintenance Anesthetic:
Isoflurane
